Full MCP support needs a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace. OpenAI is renaming Connectors and Apps to Plugins, and developer-mode settings sit in different places by plan.
- 1Go to chatgpt.com/plugins and click +.
- 2Choose Add custom MCP server.
- 3Name: LeadMagic. Description: B2B enrichment. Server URL: https://mcp.leadmagic.io/mcp/sheets-core.
- 4Set authentication to OAuth, then click Create as a plugin.
- 5Install the plugin and sign in to LeadMagic.

The Responses API has no OAuth flow: your app passes a token in `authorization` on every request. Needs a LeadMagic OAuth access token (issued by https://clerk.leadmagic.io, scope mcp_all, valid for one day). LeadMagic API keys are rejected.
